 Caption: There is no readily identifiable pattern to housing completions in greater Hobart over the last 10 years. Rapid development in the Channel area from 1996 is identifiable while increasing development on South Arm is noticeable from 1994. A noticeable increase in housing development is apparent on the eastern shore around Acton and Cambridge from 1994.
